Founder, ATX Longevity MD · Board Certified | Anesthesiology · Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine

Dr. Julie Kaesberg founded ATX Longevity MD on a conviction that most people are capable of far more — and that medicine, practiced with precision and genuine commitment, can help them get there.

She is one of the only physicians in Texas to hold board certifications in both Anesthesiology and Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine — a combination that is not incidental. It is the foundation of how she thinks.

Anesthesiologists live at the intersection of physiology and performance. They manage the body's most delicate systems in real time — cardiovascular stability, respiratory function, neurological response — and they understand, with unusual clarity, how resilience is built and lost. That perspective shapes everything Dr. Julie does at ATX Longevity MD.

Her clinical training began at the Uniformed Services University and continued through residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego, where she developed a systems-based fluency in how the body adapts, compensates, and ultimately either preserves or surrenders function over time.

What she came to believe — and what ATX Longevity MD is built around — is that the most important work in medicine happens before the diagnosis.

A Moment That Changed Everything

There was a day that clarified everything.

She was driving home after an anesthesia shift — a role that, over time, she had come to recognize no longer aligned with where she was headed. On that drive, her car hydroplaned and slid beneath a guardrail. The roof collapsed. The windshield shattered. When the vehicle finally came to rest in the median facing oncoming traffic, the responding officer looked through the window and said he couldn't believe she hadn't been killed.

She walked away uninjured.

What followed was not simply relief. It was reckoning.

What am I doing with my life?

The question had been quietly building for months — emerging alongside a growing interest in functional and integrative medicine, in the possibility of helping people improve their health in deeper, more lasting ways rather than managing illness once it had already taken hold.

The accident didn't create that direction. It made it undeniable.

She left anesthesia. She founded a practice. And she began doing the work she had always been moving toward: understanding and supporting the biological systems that determine not just how long people live, but how well.

The ATX Longevity MD Difference

ATX Longevity MD was designed from the beginning to be different — not in tone, but in structure, depth, and commitment.

Most healthcare is built around disease. It waits. It responds. It manages what has already gone wrong.

ATX Longevity MD is built around function — the biological processes that quietly determine your energy, your cognitive clarity, your recovery capacity, your resilience under stress, and your physical capability across the decades.

Dr. Julie has been working with peptides clinically for a decade — long before they became a wellness trend. That early adoption wasn't accidental. It reflected a conviction that the most meaningful interventions in longevity medicine often live at the edge of mainstream acceptance, where the evidence is real but the practice hasn't caught up yet.

Dr. Julie works with a selective membership of patients who are ready to engage their health with the same seriousness they bring to everything else in their lives. The clinic is concierge in design: unhurried, deeply personalized, and built for people who want answers — not averages.

The service model reflects that. We integrate advanced diagnostics, ultrasound-guided regenerative procedures, hormonal optimization, peptide therapy, metabolic medicine, and emerging interventions including ultrasound-guided regenerative injections and plasmapheresis — brought together within a coherent, individualized strategy rather than offered as isolated treatments.
